Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities.Eastridge is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist in Mesa for a company that manufactures and designs interconnect products for the Military, Commercial Aerospace and Industrial markets.

Shift Hours:

  • 3pm-11:30pm
  • 11pm-7:30am

The key responsibilities of this CNC Swiss Lathe Machinistinclude, but are not limited to:

  • Is knowledgeable in CNC Swiss Lathe machining and secondary equipment
  • Will set up and operate the CNC Swiss Lathe Machine
  • Assists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost)
  • Active participant and advocate of Lean & 5S culture company wide
  • Follows "in-process" quality inspections and works with team members to ensure total quality
  • Aids in feedback to planning & engineering to optimize productivity
  • Provides translation service for team members when required
  • Ensure usage of correct gaging, hand measuring tools & metrology equipment to deliver the highest possible quality components for our customers
  • Support preventative maintenance of equipment and report machine issues to production supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years ofCNC Swiss Lathe machining experience, including experience doing set-ups on the CNC Swiss Lathe
  • Working knowledge using the CNC Swiss Lathe Machine; Tornos, Esco, ZPS, Citizen, Tsguami
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Read and understand job layouts, blueprints, and schematics and work from written and verbal job instructions on operations
  • Intermediate computer skills
