Job Description
  • Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment.
  • Maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and other secondary equipment.
  • Conduct general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, light ballasts, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Perform MIG and Stick welding.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24v AC/DC up to 480v single phase and three phase.
  • Conduct PLC troubleshooting.
  • Address breakdowns through work orders on a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Follow a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure continuous operation of production lines.
  • Work on SMP presses and install new equipment as needed.
