Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Operations will be responsible for introducing and implementing Miner's business processes and core systems for acquired regions. The position drives improved business results by successfully integrating acquisitions with the legacy business via systematic and procedural alignment. This position will also support all branches and Directors previously integrated within their named territory. The Sr. Director of Operations, West US, must be a thorough and effective advocate of processes with a proven track record of driving sustainable organizational change.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization and builds commitment with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Introduce and deploy core business management systems.
- Introduce and deploy Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP’s) for the organization.
- Introduce and deploy policies related to service and operations.
- Demonstrates thought leadership to drive ongoing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Executes, drives, and manages multiple projects, as assigned, to support business development or operational efficiency of newly acquired businesses.
- Execution of operational processes and activities.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong Collaboration with Sales Leadership to drive customer satisfaction.
- Travel is required 50% of the time across the assigned territory.
- This position has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Vice President, National Operations and Customer Care.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Work Environment

The work is performed in various locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, refineries and hospital settings. Employees may work with co-workers’ side-by-side with a moderate level of activity being performed. Exposure to high voltage AC/DC power is very common in many work environments. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
