Description

●Work as a member of the Advanced Tasking Team. This can include but is not limited to: ●Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits) ●Procedure Orders (Ex: MRI/CTs, Radiology, DME, Mammogram, etc.) ●Prescription Authorization (Ex: High Cost Specialty Medications) ●Provider Support Room (Ex: Clinically Urgent Tasks for IOPs/VMT Providers. ●Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex female health procedures. (Ex. Colposcopy) ●Processing Referrals and Authorizations ●Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations. ●Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+Tasks/week). ●This is an administrative and customer service role where you will speak with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties.

● At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders in the last 5 years ● Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metricsaccountability/ownership ● A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and anaction-oriented mindset. ● Working in a national healthcare organization that understands the complexities ofdifferent regions. ● Experience with working with different EMRs

The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25
