Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Payroll Specialist III to manage payroll processing, audit manual checks, and resolve payroll anomalies.

  • Calculate, compile, and submit payroll information for assigned employee groups

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax guidelines

  • Create, review, and audit manual checks

  • Prepare manual upload files for payroll processing

  • Handle garnishment payroll entries and reviews

  • Support employee receivables process

  • Detect and resolve routine and complex payroll anomalies

  • Prepare external reports for internal business partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred; high school diploma with 6+ recent years of payroll experience accepted

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables and VLookUp)

  • Experience with UltiPro Payroll, Costpoint Payroll, and Deltek T&E Systems highly desired

 

 Pay: 30-36

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
