Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance, including preventative and reactive tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Control Systems to handle tasks such as replacing, connecting, installing programs, and making minor PLC edits. As this is a smaller plant, the role requires a willingness to assist with other maintenance aspects as needed. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, as control system failures can halt production.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Replace, connect, and install control systems
  • Make minor PLC edits as needed
  • Assist with other maintenance duties in the plant
  • Troubleshoot issues with control systems to prevent plant downtime
Essential Skills
  • PLC troubleshooting
  • VFD troubleshooting
  • Servo troubleshooting
  • HMI troubleshooting
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Replacing pumps and motors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Knowledge in automation and maintenance repair

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $87360.00
