We are seeking a Physical Therapist - New Grads Accepted to join our team You will plan physical rehabilitation programs to improve the patient's quality of life.

 

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Locations: Roseville, CA

Job Duration: Full-Time/Permanent

Shift: M-F Days

Interview Travel Reimbursed: Yes

Facility type: Outpatient / Rehab

Salary Range: $93,600 to $110,400 (Open to discuss)

Duties:

  • Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients.
  • Evaluate patients within one working day of physician referral.
  • Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures.
  • Review patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
  • Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function.
  • Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in direct patient care and Patient-related activities by State Practice Act.
  • Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment programs to patients, family, and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
