Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about making a meaningful difference in students' lives? We are seeking an enthusiastic SLP to deliver high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will support a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll work closely with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and manage personalized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment methods as required.
  • Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments, keep comprehensive records, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
  • Promote students' needs, stay updated on industry developments, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
  • Washington SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
