About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Surprise, AZ. This position focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services to K-5th grade students, helping them overcome communication challenges that impact their learning and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in both one-on-one and small group settings, fostering a supportive environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for each student.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting to align therapy with educational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
