Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Guest Claims Assistant in Kissimmee, Florida. As a crucial member of our team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our Claims Department by providing essential administrative support and superior customer service. This role involves close collaboration with Claims Representatives, Claims leadership, and other internal and external partners, while maintaining utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to manage confidential correspondence
• Assist in the daily operations of the Guest Claims and Workers’ Compensation Departments
• Provide superior customer service and uphold brand management principles
• Handle incident intake data accurately and promptly return daily calls
• Participate in department projects and initiatives, contributing to their efficient and positive execution
• Ensure quality assurance through keen attention to detail in all tasks
• Incorporate training into daily operations to help teammates understand tasks, processes, and protocols fully
• Provide exceptional service by participating in telephone coverage for both departments
• Manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines on a daily basis
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to new processes and work in a paperless claims environment
• Utilize multiple computer programs and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.• Proficiency in Customer Service is required, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.
• Training experience is essential, with a capacity to educate team members on protocols and daily operation.
• Solid understanding of Operations is necessary, including the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' is advantageous.
• Strong Leadership Skills are essential for guiding and motivating the team.
• Experience in Claim Administration, particularly in the context of property or worker's compensation, is required.
• A background in Property management or understanding of property-related claims is beneficial.
• Ability to Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners is necessary.
• Must uphold the highest standards of Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, supporting the team and managing department projects.
• Teamwork skills are crucial, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - is required.
• Familiarity with various protocols within the claims industry is necessary.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills are required for effective communication and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• General computer proficiency is required, with an ability to quickly adapt to new Computer Programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing is necessary for clear, concise Written Communication.
• Focus on Ensuring Quality in all aspects of work, from customer interaction to claim administration.
• Experience working with External Partners and managing External Contacts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Brand Management principles and strategies is beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge in Worker's Compensation claims is a plus.
