Subcontract Administrator

Summary: Seeking a Subcontract Administrator responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with vendors, managing subcontract processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 4+ years of related work experience; or 10+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Good understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations.
Proven experience in sourcing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in subcontract management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with approved vendors.
Develop RFP solicitations, solicit, review, and negotiate subcontractor proposals.
Source suppliers and maintain relationships with them.
Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ensure contracts contain all details of negotiations working with legal counsel.
Perform commercial evaluations/price analysis for bid/proposal selection process.
Prepare subcontract documents ensuring compliance with Government and Company requirements.
Access track, evaluate and document subcontractors' quality and performance.
Implement FAR, DFARS, and other contractual requirements related to subcontracts.
Review and administer subcontracts to ensure progress and compliance.
Manage subcontract funding, modifications, change orders, interviews with new vendors.
Pay: 28-32

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
