The Account Executive is ultimately responsible for seeking new clients and building and maintaining strong, successful relationships. They lead opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs the following duties, but not limited to

• Lead opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management.

• Lead B2B conversations and create relationships that are both consultative and results-oriented.

• Build relationships with clients and identify client needs.

• Develop sales strategies before contacting clients using a variety of visual and other sales aids.

• Lead new account penetration and revenue growth.

• Schedule, organize, and prioritize work to meet client's demands promptly, accurately, and effectively.

• Communicate the abilities of our company to clients.

• Set and keep sales appointments and track past and future opportunities.

• Travel the majority of the shift to meet new prospects, close deals and maintain B2B relationships.

• Determine any additional needs of the business prospect and clients.

• Provide progress updates to RVPs and consult with them on any possible change orders or future sales.

• Education — High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in industrial industries. Management experience is a plus.

• Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and/or market-specific language(s) including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Technical Skills:

• All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to build long-lasting working relationships

• Sales experience (in light and industrial staffing preferred): Proven track record in B2B Sales. Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

MINIMAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be willing and/or able to:

• Sit, stand, and stoop; hear, understand, and respond appropriately to verbal requests made in person and over the telephone in English and/or language specific to the market

• Be exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions • Ascend and descend ladders and/or walk continuously throughout a job site

• Attend any onsite meetings required by the client and provide information gathered in meetings to applicable parties

• Lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds

• Work days/nights/weekends, depending on business demands

• Drive and have a valid driver’s license • Communicate safety measures and all company safety programs and achievements

• Travel between job sites daily. Overnight travel or longer as required but not typical
