Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Lead to support our client's critical Oracle Fusion implementation as a contract consulting resource. This role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a robust project governance framework, overseeing ongoing initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams and systems.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project governance structure, including clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

• Establish effective mechanisms for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and mitigating issues.

• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Oracle functional teams, IT teams, and business process owners.

• Coordinate and align workflows across disparate systems and applications.

• Identify and resolve integration challenges between boundary systems.

• Consolidate and analyze project data from various PM tools (Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, etc.) to generate comprehensive reports.

• Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize project performance.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SI partners, third-party vendors, and client executives.

• Hold stakeholders accountable for meeting project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.

• Proactively address stakeholder concerns and expectations.

• Contribute to project mobilization activities, including resource planning, task allocation, and risk assessment.

• Support status meetings and decision-making processes.

• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making.

• Provide solutioning and decision support as needed.

• Proven experience as a PMO Lead on large-scale, complex IT projects, preferably in the Oracle Fusion implementation space.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Smartsheet).

• Willingness to travel to Scottsdale, AZ, at least 50% of the time.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM).

• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
