Job Description:
Are you passionate about guiding students toward personal and academic success? Join our dynamic school community as a School Counselor In this role, youll provide essential support, helping students navigate their educational journey while fostering emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive counseling programs tailored to students' needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a nurturing school environment.
  • Guide students through academic planning, course selection, and career exploration.
  • Address crises promptly and provide resources for additional support.
  • Conduct workshops on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Counseling or a related field.
  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Counselor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse populations and manage sensitive situations.
