1. 2 to 5 years Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment. Tech must have some Windows 7 exposure.
2. 2 to 3 years Enduser client -LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
3. Customer Service Experience
• Experienced deskside support technician with 3 years minimum experience supporting Remote clients.
• Provide support on various laptop, desktop and tablet running Win 10
• Need a person that is responsible for all of their time and actions working in a team environment.
• Detailed oriented person that can accurately update various databases as well as Service Now. Billing is dependent on accurate updates.
• Excellent customer skillsets required.
• Assist the build bench and asset team on site as needed or on a schedule.
• Physically on-site position at the client’s office in downtown Minneapolis.
• Remote takeover experience with tools like Bomgar.
