Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Position Type: Itinerant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. This full-time, onsite position involves working closely with contracted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating with the Midwestern United States Joint Cooperative (MUJC) to enhance behavior programs and support staff in implementing ABA strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to contracted RBTs, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with MUJC to develop and shape effective behavior programs tailored to student needs.
  • Teach and mentor staff on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform behavior interventions and strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • W2 pay starting at $48 per hour and up, commensurate with experience.
