We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Supply Chain Planner in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. This role is fundamental to operations in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling logistics and supply chain logistics tasks using ERP solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Implementing and utilizing ERP Solutions for efficient operations

• Managing and optimizing logistics processes

• Being a critical part of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations

• Handling supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery and distribution

• Monitoring and adjusting supply chain processes as necessary

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure consistency and efficiency in the supply chain

• Developing strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency and productivity

• Identifying potential issues in the supply chain and taking proactive measures to mitigate them

• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• Proficiency in ERP Solutions, with a practical understanding of how to utilize these systems in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Logistics, with the ability to efficiently plan and manage the movement of goods
• Solid background in Manufacturing, preferably within a similar industry, with a deep understanding of production processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics, including the ability to optimize and drive efficiencies in supply chain processes
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for managing and analyzing data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various departments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
