Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, handling bulk products, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. This role requires a commitment to safety, integrity, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle bulk product and place it on the production line.
  • Operate infeed product to cookers.
  • Manually feed product to the conveyor belt.
  • Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, wearing appropriate PPE as required for the task and following all JSAs, SOPs, and SSOPs.
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities with employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; be available to work any shift, overtime, or holidays as required, and cover the absence of other personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in production, general labor, packaging, food manufacturing, machine operation, and packing.
  • Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Able to work weekends.

Work Environment

This position is based in a food manufacturing environment. Employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety protocols. The role may require working various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.
