Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in the search for a Collections Specialist to become an integral part of our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Tustin, California. As a Collections Specialist, your primary duties will revolve around managing the financial transactions between our company and our clients. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in daily collections calls to ensure timely payments.
• Develop and implement payment arrangements as per the client's financial capability.
• Accurately post payments to respective client accounts.
• Handle Cash collections and B2B collections efficiently.
• Thoroughly resolve any discrepancies related to billing functions.
• Manage collections in commercial and consumer sectors.
• Oversee insurance collections and medical collections processes.
• Perform soft-pay collections and third-party collections effectively.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain an organized collection management system.• Minimum of two years experience in a Collections Specialist role or similar position
• Proven knowledge and experience in Billing Functions
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions efficiently
• Experience in B2B collections is required
• Proficiency in Cash Collections
• Prior experience in both Commercial and Consumer Collections
• Capability to manage collections effectively
• Expertise in Commercial Collections is a must
• Knowledge of Credit - Collections process is required
• Prior experience in Insurance Collections is advantageous
• Medical Collections experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with Party Collections
• Experience in Patient Collections is preferable
• Understanding of Self-Pay Collections
• Knowledge of Site Collections procedures would be an asset
• Experience in Soft-Pay Collections is required
• Proficiency in Third Party Collections is a significant advantage
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to work in the Real Estate & Property industry.
