Data Entry Clerk/ Inventory Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

  • Type data in computer other sources into the new database

  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records

  • Research and get information for incomplete documents

  • Apply data program techniques and procedures

  • Generate reports

  • Scan documents and print files

  • Keep information confidential

  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

  • Data Entry Clerk/ Inventory Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

  • Monday - Wednesday/ Alternating Monday - Thursday

  • Day Shift, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

  • Thursday - Sunday /Alternating Friday - Sunday

Data Entry Clerk / Inventory Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Data Entry Clerk experience preferred

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs

  • Familiarity with administrative duties

  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner

  • Typing speed and accuracy

  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

  • Attention to detail

  • Confidentiality

  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

  • Able to pass a background check 

  • Able to work in the US
