Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Operator to perform Box-Build Assembly, Testing, and Packaging on electronic products following specific instructions. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to learn quickly, with basic skills in mechanical operation and electronic manufacturing. This role requires lifting up to 30lbs and standing 95% of the time.

Shift: Swing 3pm-11:30pm M-F + OT as needed

Responsibilities
  • Perform Box-Build Assembly, Testing, and Packaging on electronic products as instructed.
  • Adapt to cross-functional job arrangements by the supervisor.
  • Apply basic mechanical operation skills and knowledge of electronic manufacturing.
  • Handle electronic components and ESD with basic computer operation knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively and understand basic electronics assembly.
  • Read and understand MPI and drawings.
  • Identify component names, values, and orientations.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
