Production Supervisor 
$70K + Bonus
Direct Hire near Kingston, PA 18704
6:30am – 3:30pm  
Manpower is assisting a fast-growing manufacturing near Kingston, PA in hiring a Production Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity offering generous PTO, Health Benefits, and 401K. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day production operations. This includes ensuring the production schedule is maintained, all positions are properly staffed, and all employees are properly trained in best practices.
We are seeking a candidate with a background in Industrial Manufacturing.
Experienced with Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, and ISO
Able to adapt and muti-task
We are seeking a collaborator and problem solver
Provide general support and training to other departments, when necessary.
Work closely with HR department on employee relations and workforce management.
Monitor, analyze, and adhere to corporate KPI’s involving Quality, Throughput, Labor, Cost Control, Safety, and Environment.
Analyze and monitor production and staffing needs with strong focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
