Shift Details:

  • All Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Employees will work every other weekend, plus some overtime.

Pay: Starting pay rates vary based on experience, ranging from $20.00/hour - $40.00/hour to start.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing mechanical and electrical repairs on various manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshooting, inspecting, and adjusting equipment and machinery as necessary.
  • Conducting both preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Performing basic diagnostics and testing damaged machine parts to determine if major repairs are needed.
  • Completing general facility maintenance as required.
  • Collaborating with assigned teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a tech school graduate with an industrial maintenance/electrical focus.
  • High mechanical aptitude and the ability to use various hand and power tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting 480V systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair PLCs as needed.
  • Experience in repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $80000.00

- Hourly employees receive their pay every Friday.
- Medical benefits are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- Dental coverage is through Delta Dental.
- Vision benefits are offered by VSP.
- Company offers onsite Wellness Center at no cost for employees enrolled in our benefits program, including their immediate family members.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
- Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation starting on the 91st day.
- 8 paid holidays each year
