Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Packing Associate$14-$15.50/hour 2-2-3 Schedule, Every other weekend OFF Days AND Nights are available 7:00 am-7:00 pm or 7:00 pm-7:00 amThe position is TEMP TO PERM NON-CLIMATE CONTROL Warehouse We have spots open for an immediate start. To qualify for this position, you MUST have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.Apply today as spots are limited.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect products for defects, and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.
  • Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs into the appropriate packaging.
  • Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality products.
  • Replacement of adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.
  • Ensure that any finished goods or work-in-progress identification labels are present and placed in the correct position.
  • Stacks finished product in the correct configuration, ready for transportation.
  • Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping, and that area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean, and tidy.
  • Promptly inform the supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality, and efficiency.
  • Follows all Company-established rules and policies; Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations.
  • Completes paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • MUST be able to multitask

What we are Looking for:
  • Physical Stamina
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
  • Quick learner and ability to follow work instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment and be on your feet for 12 hours
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, climb stairs, and move around the facility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
