Location: Remote

Duration: 1-year contract

Client: Healthcare client through LHH Recruitment Solutions

Overview: Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Cadence Application Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications. The Analyst designs, builds, tests, and supports new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. They must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application. The Analyst collaborates with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.

  • Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules.

  • Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows.

  • Understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application.

  • Work with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

  • Focus on Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to the centralized Patient Call Center.

  • Implement new requests and optimize current workflows.

  • Provide input for Nova upgrade notes and integration projects across the health system.

  • Assist with high-priority break-fix tickets.

Required Experience:

  • Cadence Decision Tree experience.

  • Break-fix problem investigation and resolution.

  • Experience with Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes.

  • New DEP Cadence Build.

  • Epic Security Certification.

  • Cadence Certification.

Shift Information:

  • Day shift: 5x8-Hour

Pay Details: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
