Industrial Maintenance Tech

- 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am, Sun-Thurs
- $25 - $35 per hour - Based on Experience and Interview
- Maintain equipment in an uncompromising state of readiness, adhering to all GMP, safety, and professional quality standards.
- Inspect, maintain, repair, rebuild, and modify any/all equipment, facilities, or facility ancillary equipment as directed.
- Repair any part causing machinery breakdowns in plant facilities, prioritizing repair first and replacement if necessary.
- Troubleshoot recurring breakdowns to prevent future issues and recommend procedural changes.
- Utilize testing equipment or diagnostic skills to determine the root cause of problems.
- Instruct equipment operators as needed to prevent machine or system damage.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in sound working condition.
- Assist with facility repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed using maintenance management software.
- Support machine setups and changeovers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Preventative maintenance experience.
- Must pass an in-house mechanical aptitude test.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of PLC is a plus.
