Hours: 5 – 8-hour shifts OR 4 – 10-hour shifts
Position Title: Press Break Operator
Job Summary:
The Press Brake Operator II must be an individual who can adapt to a fast paced, Sheetmetal shop environment focusing on on-time delivery of parts. This person must have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and ask questions about manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for setting up and operating the press brake under minimal supervision, while also forming parts. This person must be able to efficiently produce high quality parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Operate Press Brake safely with minimal assistance.
- Set up machine with proper tooling required to produce products.
- Ability to check parts to print (angles and measurements)
- Adjust machine as necessary to produce parts to print.
- Ability to Set up machine to be able to produce hems and offset bends.
- Form parts with multiple bends (6+)
- Handle parts with care to avoid damage.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Basic knowledge on angles and measurements
- Basic shop math
- Ability to use basic inspection equipment height gage, calipers, pins, and protractors.

Pay Details: 23.00 to 26.00 per hour
