This person will be responsible for providing support and assistance with the day-to-day operations of Deposit Operations, including procedure review, coordinating workflows, projects and delegation of assignments.

Job duties include: 

Responsible for testing core system updates and new releases.

Support team assignments or projects based on departmental needs.

Assists with reviews and revisions.

Identifies areas in need of improved efficiencies or continuous process improvements.

Must secure and maintain employees’ or members’ confidential information. 

Supports initiatives to meet or exceed SLAs for defined functions and processes.

Actively manages the escalation process.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Entry tasks.
• Proven experience in Research Analysis.
• Ability to Research Discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Experience in creating comprehensive reports.
• Understanding and adherence to Credit Union Policy.
• Proficiency in Document Management and organization.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and data entry software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree or relevant certification would be a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
