Schools - SLP - Telespeech

Procare Therapy is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time remote position serving K-12 students in Indianaschools. This role is ideal for SLPs who are passionate about making a difference in students lives while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to address speech and language challenges through a secure teletherapy platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions with students across Illinoisschools.
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each students unique needs.
• Provide ongoing assessments and progress reports, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents to ensure comprehensive care for each student.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest practices and tools in teletherapy to deliver effective services.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree: In Speech & Communication or a related discipline.
• ASHA Certification: Must have an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• State Licensure:
  • Must hold a valid Indianalicense and teaching certificate (PEL)
  • Must also be licensed in your state of residence, if different.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a school setting with CCC's.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using teletherapy platforms and conducting sessions online. Technical screening required during the prequalification process.
• Liability Insurance: Willingness to obtain professional liability insurance.

• On-Site Roles Available: While this role is remote, on-site positions are also available upon request.
• Eligibility Criteria: This remote position is only available to fully licensed and certified SLPs. Assistant or Clinical Fellowshiproles are not eligible for remote work.
