Job Description

The technician will process orders to be filled or changed for the customer. They will also bill medications to insurance companies and other agencies. The customer service technician will process, organize, and file all records. Customer Service Techs will answer phone calls and retrieve paperwork to resolve issues with facilities and residents or their payees; they will print labels, pull delivery manifests, and communicate within and outside of the department to resolve problems or errors.

Hard Skills
  • 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • 1 year of true Date Entry experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Must know Sig codes and basic pharmacy knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Must be comfortable and efficient working in a fast paced environment

Work Environment

The position will be at a desk/computer 100% of the day. No face-to-face customer interactions.
