Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Buffalo, Missouri area

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Buffalo, Missouri. As an SLP, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Missouri
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school setting
  • IEP experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
  • Providing therapy services to address articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
  • Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
