  • Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, M-F, 30 hours per week
  • Dates: ASAP - June 27, 2025
  • Caseload: 5-year-old medically fragile kindergarten student
  • Responsibilities: Hourly repositioning, suction, trach care, feeding tube, medication administration, and bus riding

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN License in New York
  • Experience with medically fragile children preferred
