We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our team located in Tampa, Florida. This role is crucial to our operations, requiring the successful candidate to handle end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state business unit. This is a permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing key aspects of payroll and accounting functions.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state business unit, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Use accounting software systems and ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations

• Handle 401k and RRSP administration, ensuring compliance with regulations

• Manage about time and accounting functions, ensuring accurate record keeping

• Carry out auditing tasks related to payroll and accounting

• Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees receive accurate benefits

• Use Crystal Reports and Ceridian for payroll processing and reporting

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll

• Coordinate with a specialist in Poland for payroll operations

• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.

• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with different Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Auditing processes.

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions.
