Collections Representative

Pay: $21-23/hr.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Role involves extensive outbound calling
- Business-to-Business (B2B) collections
- Requires leasing experience
- Candidates with direct, not third-party, experience preferred
- Must be adept at interacting with Canon's customers and possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential
- Experience in accounting and cash applications is beneficial
- A degree in Finance or Business is preferred
-Must have 1-2 years experience in Collections
The role includes a hybrid work schedule, with mandatory office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The option to work remotely is available for the remaining days of the week, subject to business requirements. Please note that work schedules and in-office attendance policies are subject to change based on the company's needs. Additionally, the selected candidate is required to attend training at the Mount Laurel, NJ office for the first 30 days.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
