Office Admin/Inventory Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Office Admin Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
Inventory Duties:
- Essential for securing the materials, equipment, and services needed.
- Excel in procurement by ensuring the right quantity, quality, price, and availability for wide variety of goods and services needed across the company’s business.
- Working collaboratively with supply chain management groups to support specific business areas or projects.
- Develop, plan and manage a company’s procurement process.
- Negotiate and draft contracts or agreements for needed supplies to ensure defined delivery schedules to support business operations.
- 5 years experience in Inventory/Purchasing, preferred.
- Oilfield experience, preferred.
