TIG Welder

- We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Welding Supervisor and Plant Manager, working closely with them to fulfill job duties and responsibilities
- This role involves working with a team of 10 welders in the final assembly department, fabricating pieces together from machined or cut-to-size parts
- The majority of the welding will be horizontal TIG welding, with occasional MIG welding
- Perform TIG welding, primarily horizontal welds, with some welding in multiple positions.
- Engage in 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding tasks
- Use hand tools, including angle grinders and sanders, to finish rough edges on stainless steel or aluminum
- Operate additional equipment such as tube benders, drill presses, and saws to create necessary parts
- Read and interpret blueprints specific to each job for short-run production or single jobs.
