Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting various machine components, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Additionally, you will perform some machine installation and execute mechanical and electrical layout modifications.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain machines through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
  • Perform installation of machines and carry out mechanical and electrical layout modifications.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and resolving machine-related issues promptly.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR an AA in Industrial Maintenance.
  • 1+ year of troubleshooting experience in at least one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with PLC systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Work Environment

You will be working in a plastics bottling company that supports various clients. The environment is temperature-controlled and clean, requiring hair nets, steel-toed boots, and ear plugs at all times.

Shifts available:

12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off) from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with initial training on the day shift for up to 6 months.

Day shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm

Night Shift - (heavy electrical) 11:00pm to 7:00am
