Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Measure and cut insulation materials according to project specifications and requirements
- Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in various areas such as walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Seal air leaks and gaps to ensure the maximum effectiveness of insulation
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including spray guns, staple guns, and power drills, to install insulation materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of insulation projects
- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that insulation installation meets industry standards and project specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions related to insulation installation
- Work closely with experienced insulation installers to measure, cut, and prepare insulation materials
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and contribute to tracking project progress
- US Work Authorization
- 18 years or older
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and walk across uneven surfaces
- Good stamina to work up to 10 hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn proper installation techniques
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Capacity to follow instructions and adapt to changing project requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
