Our client is a nationally recognized organization in the media industry and they’re offering a very flexible, Hybrid schedule The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is crucial in supporting our client’s financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client billing issues.

  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.

  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
