As an Human Resources Administrator in the HR Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and organizational tasks related to HR services. This role involves handling routine tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and support the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for the arrival of new employees by handling registrations with relevant authorities, drafting HR announcements, and initiating the onboarding process.

  • Maintain and update employee master data files in the HR system.

  • Manage work permits and ensure they are updated in the system.

  • Handle the exit process for departing employees, including deregistration with authorities and preparing reference letters.

  • Assist with payroll management to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.

  • Coordinate and manage HR-related meetings, such as welcome meetings, exit interviews, and team meetings.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all HR transactions and documentation.

  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in HR or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in HR or a related field.

  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and external partners.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
