Job Description
  • This is a manufacturing facility that makes plastic bottles. We are looking for a skilled maintenance mechanic with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • The candidate will train on a day shift and then move into a permanent night shift.
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing and performing troubleshooting and repair on pneumatic, hydraulic, air, water, electrical lines, and power supplies with minimum impact on processing time.
  • The role also involves preventative maintenance on industrial food-grade machines, reporting issues or changes to the shift supervisor, and using computer skills for work orders and inventory management.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge in electrical - 420/480V

Work Site
  • This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, California.

Work Environment
  • Very large facility with several departments of production and warehouse.
  • The facility includes a blow molding side and a packaging operators side. It is a very clean facility as it adheres to GMP standards.
  • Shifts available: 7:00AM - 3:30PM M-F for training (3-6 months), then transitioning to rotating 12-hour shifts (6:45PM - 7:15AM or 6:45AM - 7:15PM).
