BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Technician for an opportunity in Aloha, OR

Position Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: 3585 Southwest 198th Avenue, Aloha, OR 97007
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 6+ months
Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE
Shift Hours: 7:00am to 7:30pm or 7:00pm to 7:30am

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment.
  • Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as actual processing of state-of-the-art devices.
  • Primary job duties are to maximize output using constraint management Techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members while building a self-sustaining cluster team.

Skills:

  • Good problem-solving ability is a must.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations and attention to detail is a must.
  • Prefer some cleanroom experience.
  • Computer Systems: Computer Literacy, MS word, excel, PPT, Email
