Event Coordinator

Job Summary:The Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of hospitality in a law firm environment. Daily duties include maintaining and stocking kitchens, setting up for meetings, and managing supply rooms and conference rooms. This role also includes cross-training in mail services, print/copy/scan tasks, and printer fleet management. The focus is on providing excellent customer service, with opportunities for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and stock kitchens and supply rooms.
- Set up and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Manage supply inventory for meeting and office spaces.
- Assist with mail, print/copy/scan tasks, and printer fleet management as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism in a law firm setting.
- Lift and move supplies and equipment, up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional demeanor suited for a law firm environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or office services.
- Familiarity with managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and cross-train in related duties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
