Job Description:

A boutique tax planning, consulting, and wealth management firm client of AppleOne seeks a Tax Manager professional to oversee tax return preparation and lead a talented team. The ideal candidate will have significant tax preparation experience and a strong client relationship management background. Key Responsibilities:
Review individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns.
Manage staff workloads, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are efficiently delegated.
Oversee data management and ensure accurate tax filings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive advice and support.
Engage in business development activities and assist with client planning.
Lead, mentor, and train staff members.

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in tax preparation and management, including individual, partnership, corporate, and trust returns.
CPA is neccesary.
Strong experience in tax compliance, planning, and client consulting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
