Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for our retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Assist in achieving revenue goals by making outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing patients.
• Manage administrative functions including data entry, appointment scheduling using company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software.
• Maintain an organized office environment by responsibly managing office supply inventory as per company-approved lists.
• Oversee financial transactions such as managing petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
• Maintain an accurate record of hearing aid inventory.
• Work directly with patients to collect all necessary insurance documentation while adhering to current HIPAA laws.
• Contribute to the growth of the clinic by understanding and promoting current marketing campaigns and potential referrals.
• Coordinate patient interactions and needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• Drive community engagement by participating in community events and coordinating event participation.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, CRM, Crystal Reports, Dentrix Dental Software
• Strong ability to handle answering inbound calls, authorizations, benefit functions, billing functions
• Comfortable with charts and graphs, community events, event coordination
• Experience with outbound sales, inbound outbound calls, outbound marketing.• Must possess proficiency in using Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Dentrix Dental Software
• Capable of answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Ability to handle authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions
• Familiar with creating charts and graphs for data representation
• Experience in planning and executing community events
• Skilled in coordinating events and managing logistics
• Experience in outbound sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Familiar with the high tech-pharm/biotech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
