Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager for an upcoming role in the Cincinnati area (45226) on behalf of our client. This position offers a competitive salary and an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives for a growing organization. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a full-time role with no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, providing strategic direction and leadership.
Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of top talent.
Support and coach management on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Maintain and manage HRIS systems for effective data management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying current with updates and changes.
Promote employee engagement and retention by developing and executing initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Benefits:
Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
