Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager for an upcoming role in the Cincinnati area (45226) on behalf of our client. This position offers a competitive salary and an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives for a growing organization. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is a full-time role with no weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, providing strategic direction and leadership.

  • Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of top talent.

  • Support and coach management on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

  • Maintain and manage HRIS systems for effective data management and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying current with updates and changes.

  • Promote employee engagement and retention by developing and executing initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
