Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will be the first point of contact in our facility, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring efficient front desk operations and delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinating facility services and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Responding to incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate party.
• Managing the organization and scheduling of meetings and events.
• Handling administrative tasks related to meetings and events, such as setting up meeting rooms and organizing necessary materials.
• Maintaining a welcoming and detail oriented atmosphere in the reception area.• Proficiency in managing receptionist duties including handling phone calls and visitor inquiries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as fax machines and photocopiers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Superior customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
