Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, overseeing all aspects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish event requirements and objectives.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor contracts, and scheduling.
• Handle travel arrangements for event attendees and senior executives as needed.
• Develop comprehensive timelines for events and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Oversee the preparation and management of event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, securing the best rates and services.
• Monitor and process invoices related to event-related expenditures.
• Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all events.
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, invitations, and promotional materials as needed.
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and project management.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
· Ability to handle unexpected situations with grace, professionalism, and efficiency.
