Job DescriptionWe are seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring efficient production by following established procedures, inspecting output quality, and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed, while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards. Responsibilities- Machine setup: Set up, calibrate, and adjust the machine to ensure it's operating correctly.
- Material processing: Use the machine to drill, cut, mill, bend, and shape materials into parts.
- Quality control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications using measuring tools..
- Troubleshooting: Resolve basic problems that might occur during operations.
- Safety: Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
We conduct evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days with potential pay increases up to $0.50 per hour. Our family-owned company fosters a family-like atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract To Hire position based out of Effingham, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.64 - $18.64/hr.
