Let's talk LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a contract Brightree Expert to provide their customer service expertise with the computer system, Brightree for an exceptional healthcare network in the Indianapolis, IN area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with Brightree implementation, including data entry and system navigation.
  • Train team members on Brightree functionality and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Assist patients with nutrition refills and respond to patient inquiries as needed.
  • Generate reports and track system performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for staff, helping to resolve any post-launch issues.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Brightree required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Ability to train others and troubleshoot issues required.
  • Prior experience in medical customer service/call center or patient support required.


Job Type: Contract with potential for conversion

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
